To request an exchange, the following is needed:
1. Please inbox us with your confirmation of order email.
2. Advise us that you would like to exchange your current product or part thereof; and what is wrong with it.
3. Advise us what you would like to exchange your current product to.
4. Package product in its protective packaging and allow courier to collect.
Note: For exchanges to be successful an order must be new, visibly unused, in resalable condition and have all parts and packaging.
